Designing and Making Hydraulic Power unit and Control Panel for 75000 Ton Ship Unloader in Imam Khomeini Port

Customer : Khuzestan Province Ports and Shipping Imam Khomeini Port

 

Key Note :

 

1- Currently these two ship unloaders have very old power units and their design is back to at least 30 years ago.

2- There are lots of problems available in these two units for example pumps pressure have been reduced dramatically, do not have enough power, lack of smooth motion and so on. Moreover some of their components are very old therefore replacing these items with new design items is very costly. Due to these problems the efficiency of these ship unloaders is undesired and customer has decided to renew their power units.

3- Zhemper Co and Hydraulic Karan Co have formed a joint venture agreement to make a new power unit and control panel to solve current problems available in these two ship un-loadersunder EPC Contract.

4- Using load sensing system for controlling boom cylinder motion.

5- Using Proportional Valves manufactured by Eaton-Vickers and Variable Displacement Piston Pumps Manufactured by Kawasaki.

6- Designing and Making Control Panel Based on S7-300 PLC from Siemens.
